The Admin Manager plays a key role in the company and manages staff inter-team communications, and staff-client communications. This role requires stellar communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and an outstanding level of business savvy and commitment to excellence.
  • Coordinate schedules and calendars (Google)
  • Manage the electronic filing system
  • Manage corporate communications
  • Process digital contracts and agreements
  • Make phone calls via skype and manage contacts
  • Perform and compile detailed Internet research
  • Manage staff communications and the CRM system
  • Monitor incoming sales lead notifications and client communication automations
  • Pre-screen applicants
  • Manage master client and staff project deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Must have good internal and external customer service skills with a high level of initiative to problem-solve
  • Takes initiative, is reliable, and works well in a team-oriented environment
  • Must know how to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Cross-train to support interteam communications 
  • Communicate and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees. Answer all internal and external inquiries/requests related to AR or AP matters within 1-2 business days

 

 QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
  • 3-5 years of work experience managing an office and CRM platforms
  • Basic QuickBooks invoicing 
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Word and MS Excel (intermediate)
  • Extremely tech savvy and skilled across multiple business related programs
